Am I locked into a plan/contract?

Nope! We never have any contracts. As your needs change you can select the plan that makes the most sense. We both will be working to ensure that you grow your business so you can make adjustments anytime.

What makes you different?

Easy! When you hire us, you'll be assigned to an amazing team of Alpha receptionists that will be answering your calls and handling your needs. It's like hiring a few full time agents in your office. You and your customers will become familiar with us. Our agents will also get to know your business. Remember, we are a small business just like you!

What are your hours of operations?

We cover business hours from coast to coast! 8:00AM Eastern to 8:00PM Eastern Mon-Fri. If you need coverage outside of those hours, talk to us. We can work with you on a custom solution.

Can you handle my entire customer service opperations?

Most of the time, Yes! If you have custom needs, please schedule a free consultation call. You will be surprised at what our team can do.

What if I'm not happy?

Not going to happen! More time back, happy customers... what's not to love? We work with you to make sure that you have a great experience, however, in the rare case that you aren't satisfied you can cancel at any time!

Why wouldn't I just hire someone for this work?

Great question! If you could find an experienced receptionist for $14 an hour, you would be spending at least $30,000 per year. That's $2,500 per month. For much less than that you can be covered from 8am-8pm. No need to worry about sick time, vacation time, lunch breaks, etc.

How does it work?

It's pretty easy. You select the plan you want (don't worry, we'll help you with that) and then we will assign you your very own number. You simply forward your calls to that number and we take care of the rest. You're in control! You can turn our service on or off whenever you want. Before we start you'll fill out a questionnaire to make sure that we are handling each call the specific way you want.

What if I only need limited coverage?

We've got you covered! You can send us your calls during specific hours or days. You are totally in control. Simple, right?!

Will my customers know?

Your customers will know that you hired an awesome team! When we answer, we use your custom script. That's right! We'll say whatever you want. We can even record custom hold messages. Your customers won't know you are using Alpha Reception unless you tell them.
